The team

Our team brings together decades of expertise. Zailani Ali, a co-founder, started the business and has over 25 years of senior HR experience across diverse industries in both multinational and local companies. Our other co-founder, Abby Grewal, offers more than 20 years of experience in search and talent management.

Attila Emam leads operations, projects, and training, with prior experience in employee engagement and communications, training, HR operations, shared services, and risk management in both public and private sectors. Marlene Kaur, a corporate affairs executive with 25+ years’ experience in regulated industries. She specialises in reputation, sustainability, and crisis leadership for major financial institutions and digital banking ventures. Navin Sivanganam is a partnerships and business development executive with 15 years of experience driving revenue growth at AWS and other global leaders. He specialises in scaling strategic partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies across ASEAN, ANZ, and EMEA. David Symes is a chartered accountant and former FTSE 100 Deputy Head of Compliance. He is an expert in cost-effectively recruiting specialist risk, data privacy, and financial crime staff across all global sectors.
